The Tanzende Türme (Dancing Towers) are located at a prime site at Reeperbahn No. 1 in Hamburg’s famous St. Pauli district. As a symbol of the vitality of the district and the city's most famous street, the characteristic silhouette shows a dancing couple. Two towers, 85 and 75 meters high, lean toward each other and also away from each other at different heights. The facade construction made of glass and steel encloses the kinked office towers for 24 floors. Ceiling-to-floor glass walls reflect the outside within and ensure plenty of light gets right to the center of the offices. Open and closed areas ensure an exciting room structure and enable the interplay of a calm working atmosphere and inviting office ambiance. Slanting columns and walls lend the building its charm while at the same time demanding a new approach to interior design.
